Chili Colorado Or Chili Verde

Crock pot 1 USDA pork but shoulder roast  in water garlic onions and worcestershire sauce.

When it is done pull out the 1 small single bone and use a fork to pull it apart into 10 sections and add either 1 large can of Las Palmas green enchilada sauce for chile verde or 1 large can of Las Palmas red enchilada sauce for chili colorado. 
Serve in a bowl with 1 section of pork and a ladle or 2 of the sauce in the crock pot from cooking it.

Better than in any restaurant.
